執行總監
Tom Early

Tom Early 在過去九年多以來一直擔任 Health Plus 執行總監一職。他一直負責全紐約市 Health Plus 的擴展與營運工作，績效卓著。事實上，Health Plus 是 Medicaid、Child Health Plus 以及 Family Health Plus 在全紐約州最大的管理式健康保險提供者，已經使得超過二十四萬五千名成年人、兒童和青少年能夠獲得健康保險福利，並能享有優質的醫療保健服務。

在 Tom 的領導之下，由於 Health Plus 在其所服務的社區長期不懈的努力，此一保險計畫已經取得了極為豐碩的成果。Health Plus 的員工們在教育與協助社區維持健康保險福利方面下了很多功夫和努力。在最近所做的意見調查結果顯示，就品質與會員滿意度而言，Health Plus 被紐約州評鑒為紐約市頂級的健保計劃。

二十五年以前，Tom 從紐約長老醫院（Presbyterian Hospital of New York City）開始了他在健保業方面的職業生涯。他從紐約聖法蘭西斯學院取得會計學士學位。他領有註冊會計師執照，一直活躍於當地社區團體，擔任過各種職務，其中包括﹕布碌侖商會；聖法蘭西斯學院 Council of Regents；Brooklyn Legal Services Community Advisory Board；Community Advisory Board of Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce (CACCI)；Cross Island YMCA Board；Greater New York Councils；Boy Scouts of America Board；Board of the Association of Health Center Affiliated Health Plans Board；American Lung Association Board 以及 Cathedral Prep Oversight Committee。

他同時也是下列組織的成員﹕Healthcare Financial Management Association、American Institute of Certified Public Accountants 以及 New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants。

Tom 已婚，育有五名子女。他在閒暇時，喜歡指導他的子女們打籃球。
