指引
開車﹕
從曼哈頓 - 走Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) 向西直到Verrazano-Narrows Bridge並從6th Avenue出口下來。直走下坡道然後左轉上6th Avenue。右轉上58th Street然後再右轉上9th Avenue。右轉上59th Street然後直走到右手邊的Health Plus。

從史坦登島 - 走FDR Drive South到Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) 向西，繼續走到Verrazano-Narrows Bridge（往布碌侖不需付費）然後從6th Avenue出口下來。直走下坡道然後左轉上6th Avenue。右轉上58th Street然後再右轉上9th Avenue。右轉上59th Street然後直走到右手邊的Health Plus。

地鐵﹕搭乘N號車到8th Avenue (62nd Street) 站下車。靠左繼續直走大約四個街區。

巴士﹕搭乘B70路巴士到60th Street和8th Avenue。
