Note: All uninsured children under age 19 are eligible for health insurance regardless of income or immigration status. Applying for Child Health Plus will not affect any existing or future immigration application with INS. So apply today, and help provide your child(ren) with the health coverage they need.
Persons 19 years and older must be citizens or in certain immigration categories to be eligible for Medicaid or Family Health Plus.
