The Human Resources Department assists in the formulation and implementation of Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Wage and Salary Programs, Employee Benefit Programs, and Employee/Labor Relations Programs ( i.e. FMLA, Labor Laws, Corporate Compliance Issues, etc.) In addition to maintaining all Human Resources Records for affiliation staff, Human Resources is also responsible for the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, making sure to maintain cultural diversity in the workplace.
Human Resources, in conjunction with Health Plus's Training Department, assists in the development of basic and advanced Training Programs for administrative, technical and clerical personnel. Human Resources coordinates the implementation of these programs, as well as the New Employee/Administrative Orientation Programs.
