New York Hispanic Parade Presents $1,000 Scholarships To Three Students

New York, NY - October 6, 2003 — Three top performing Hispanic students were awarded scholarships of $1,000 each, by the New York Hispanic Parade, Inc., the organizers behind the New York Hispanic Parade. This October 12th event draws over one million people to Fifth Avenue to celebrate Hispanic heritage. Health Plus, the Medicaid managed care organization, is a sponsor of both this year's parade and of the scholarship program.
