"Strength Through Unity" Celebration Held In Queens
Health Plus And Department of Probation Sponsor Event To Strengthen Bond Between Community And Law Enforcement

Queens, NY - September 10, 2003 — The City of New York's Department of Probation held its Community Day Celebration, "Strength Through Unity", at Roy Wilkins Park in Queens this last weekend. Health Plus was one of the many sponsors of this event, which focused on strengthening the bond between community and law enforcement.
 
Additionally, information and services on health and living were available during the event. These included child safety, HIV/Aids, healthcare, gang prevention, financial services, family counseling and many other topics.
