Elementary School Students Participate In New York City's Asthma Poster Contest
Wining Posters To Appear In Calendar And Receive Awards At The National Arts Club

Brooklyn, NY - May 15, 2003 — Seven judges representing Health Plus, The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Department of Education decided which 13 posters, designed by elementary school students throughout the five boroughs, will be featured in next years DOT calendar, as well as what top three posters deserve awards at a reception next month at the National Arts Club.
 
"I am thrilled that this partnership between our company and the different departments of the city could develop," said Tom Early, Executive Director for Health Plus. "This effort will not only encourage young artists, but it will also educate many on how to deal with and prevent Asthma."
