Brooklyn, New York - August 25, 2009 — This past weekend, some lucky Brooklyn  children were treated to a Back to School Fair at the Excel Learning Center on New Utrecht Avenue in Bensonhurst – part of the HCS Bensonhurst Center, which was created to meet the needs of Southern Brooklyn growing Asian community.

Along with Senator Marty Golden, Health Plus staff was ready for the youngsters with an assortment of treats: flavored Ice, toys, snacks, and, of course, the supplies they needed to be ready for another great school year.

“There is nothing more important than a good education,” said Tom Early, Executive Director of Health Plus. “At Health Plus, we believe it is part of a healthy lifestyle. So if we can give these kids the tools they need to be successful, then we’re more than happy to do so.”
