Health Plus aimed to provide children with a safe celebration destination and gift bags, which included a Halloween reflective bracelet, a light up yo-yo and a lighted reflector as well as issuing Halloween safety tips to parents.
"We are very proud that we can provide the City's children with a safe place in their borough where they can come and enjoy the Halloween festivities," said Health Plus' Chief Marketing Officer Dominic Mascara. "By providing safety tips and items we aim to insure more children will have a happy Halloween."
