Health Plus Honored by Queens Chamber of Commerce
Joseph Bouquet Named Business Person of the Year

Queens, New York - October 31, 2007 — Last week, during a luncheon Gala at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach, Queens, Health Plus Regional Marketing Director Joseph Bouquet was named one of the borough’s three “Businessman of the Year.”

Often referred to by his friends and coworkers as “the Mayor of Queens”, Joseph has earned the respect of every organization that he has worked with.  Mr. Bouquet was recognized by the Queens Chamber of Commerce, not only for his personal dedication, but for the work of his company -- managed care organization Health Plus --  in that borough, offering free and affordable healthcare plans to local residents.

“It’s really something you don’t expect,” said Joseph Bouquet. “When I go to the different Chamber functions, I see high caliber people receiving these awards, and I never imagined in my wildest dreams that I would be one of the people sitting on the dais getting this wonderful recognition from a group of people whom I admire very much. What an honor for me and for my company.”
