Health Plus - Retention

Retention
The Retention Department (formerly Recertification) is responsible for the yearly reenrollment of members in Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus. In addition, they assist Medicaid members with the reenrollment process. Retention staff work to resolve any issues members may have with the plan that might prevent the member from reenrolling.

They set and attain certain monthly goals in member retention.
