Brooklyn, NY - December 16, 2005 — This past Wednesday, managed care organization Health Plus and the New York Jets made this a very special holiday season for over 20 New York City boys and girls. The children selected, all of whom are Health Plus members, got the chance to join several Jets Players, as well as Health Plus Chief Marketing Officer Ada Rodriguez, for a $250 shopping spree at the Toys R Us store on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn.

“This was such a wonderful event to arrange -- and even better to attend,” said Ada Rodriguez, Chief Marketing Officer of Health Plus. “It is always a pleasure to partner with the Jets organization, but the look on these children’s faces as they picked out their new toys, made it really special. We were delighted to support this shopping spree, and we would love to see more of our children at events like this in the future.”
