Driving:
From Brooklyn -
Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) - Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) East to Long Island Expressway (I-495) East and exit at Woodhaven/Queens Boulevard. Make a left onto Queens Boulevard and Health Plus is on the right hand side of the street.

Belt Parkway - Take the Belt Parkway East to the Cross Bay Boulevard Exit. At the traffic light make a left and proceed straight down to Queens Boulevard. Health Plus is on the right hand side of the street next to Payless ShoeSource.

From Manhattan - Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East to Woodhaven/Queens Boulevard Exit. Make a left onto Queens Boulevard and the office is on the right hand side of the street next to Payless ShoeSource.
 
Train(s): Take the G, R or V (local) train to Woodhaven Boulevard (Queens Boulevard). Take the Northside Queens Boulevard subway exit. Once on Queens Boulevard, turn left and Health Plus is next to Payless ShoeSource, on the left hand side behind the subway exit.
 
Bus(es): Take the Q60 bus to Woodhaven/Queens Boulevard (Northbound bus stops in front of JCPenney/Queens Center Mall - Walk one block back to the office next to Payless ShoeSource. Southbound bus stop is slightly in front and next to Sears Auto Center - Cross the street on Queens Boulevard and turn right to the office at the middle of the block, next to Payless ShoeSource).
 
Q44 and Q13 buses stop in front of the office.
 
Other buses that run in the area are the Q18, Q29, Q38, Q44 and Q59.
