Driving:
From Manhattan - Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) West towards the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and exit at 6th Avenue. Proceed down the ramp and make a left onto 6th Avenue. Make a right onto 58th Street and turn right onto 9th Avenue. Make a right onto 59th Street and proceed to Health Plus on the right hand side of the street.
 
From Staten Island - Take the FDR Drive South to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) West towards the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge (no toll into Brooklyn) and exit at 6th Avenue. Proceed down the ramp and make a left onto 6th Avenue. Make a right onto 58th Street and turn right onto 9th Avenue. Make a right onto 59th Street and proceed to Health Plus on the right hand side of the street.
 
Train(s): Take the N train to 8th Avenue (62nd Street) station. Proceed to walk to your left about 4 blocks.
 
Bus(es): Take the B70 bus to 60th Street and 8th Avenue.
