Driving:
From Brooklyn - Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) East to Brooklyn Battery Tunnel (pay toll) and make a left onto the FDR Drive North. Proceed to Willis Avenue Bridge exit and bear left onto the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) North. Get off the East Fordham Road exit, at the traffic light make a right and proceed straight onto Grand Concourse. Health Plus is located above P.C. Richard & Son.
 
From Manhattan - Take the FDR Drive North and proceed to Willis Avenue Bridge exit and bear left onto the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) North. Train(s): Take the 4 train to Fordham Road station and walk 2-3 blocks to Grand Concourse.
 
Take the D train to Fordham Road station and walk 1 block over to Grand Concourse.
 
Bus(es): Take the Bx12, Bx22, Bx34, W60, W61, W62, or W90 buses - they all run in the vicinity of the Grand Concourse area.
