The New Health Plus Provider Manual

This newly revised Health Plus Provider Manual includes an overview of our plan and its services, updated referral, authorization and claims information, and a concise yet comprehensive summary of quality improvement, HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.  There are separate chapters with information specific to each provider type: primary care, specialist, OB/GYN, behavioral health, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and ancillary.  Other chapters, such as those covering authorization, billing and utilization management issues, are meant to address all Health Plus contracted providers.
